Thank Solacitude for that one ;)
awww this is too good to be this short
im bad at making music that isnt at most a 1 minute loop
def something i need to improve on lol
0:53 holy shit LCD Soundsystem reference?
Dont think so, never heard of them. Thanks for stars
rule #1 of music: every skeleton-related song NEEDS xylophones in it. hell yeah!!
Fun fact: That sample is from the CrowsCrowsCrows "The Club" sample pack, which features ghosts and skeleton sounds for that very reason! I thought they were perfect for this song :]
well THAT escalated quickly!!
it did like SNAP *drop*
maybe i'm biased cuz i read the description while listening, but this does very much sound like winter...
the slow decay on the vocals reverb goes really well with the bass!
Thank you so much! Even though itβs a relatively simple structure, I keep coming back to this song as one of my favorites. Iβm glad you enjoyed it as well.
oo the drum fills are really well-done. also love the delay fx or whatever you used on the instruments that play over the main rhythm at like 0:30, 1:00, 1:47, really sets them apart from the drums. groovy :3
Thanks!
the chords and transitions are nice, but the mix kinda drops the ball. i can barely hear the snare at like 0:42
Fixed!
hell yeah, 9/8!!!

i keep thinking the last note in the bassline (the one starting at 1:04, the note played at 1:11) is about to be 2 semitones higher than the note it actually plays aaaaaaaa
real calm, love the vocal effect ^-^
Thank you! I can definitely hear that in the bass line. Funny enough I wrote that bass line when I was away from my computer in my voice memos. I wonder if I would have wrote it in a midi sequencer if it would have turned out differently.
I do stuff, probably... I think.
